Call us
(650) 397-7060. Urgent calls are taken 24/7.
Call rather than book online when the system has stopped or something seems unsafe: no heat on a cold night, no cooling on a hot afternoon, a burning or electrical smell, a breaker that trips each time the system starts, or water coming from an indoor unit or through a ceiling. Same-day service is available for most calls received before noon. More about urgent calls is on the emergency HVAC page.
If you smell gas, do not use light switches or a phone inside the house. Leave first, then call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get everyone outside and call 911.
Book online
The Book online button at the top of every page opens our scheduling page. Choose a time that suits you and describe the problem; the appointment is set once we confirm it. Online booking suits a maintenance visit, a thermostat upgrade, a free estimate for a new system, or a repair that can wait a day.

What to have ready
- The equipment: furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, mini-split, rooftop unit or thermostat, and where it sits (attic, garage, hall closet, side yard or roof).
- Brand and model: from the label on the outdoor unit, inside the furnace door or on the side of an indoor unit.
- What it is doing: the symptom, when it started, and any code or blinking light on a display or control board.
- What you have checked: the filter, the thermostat mode and batteries, the breaker. If a breaker trips again after a reset, leave it off and tell us.
- For a replacement estimate: the age of the system if you know it, and the rooms that run too hot or too cold.
- Access: gate codes, pets and parking; for a business, roof access and opening hours.
